5C Farms Event Barn is a premier event venue ready to host your most important gatherings. With a 250 person seating capacity and 7 day a week availability, it’s perfect for weddings, graduation parties, reunions and more.
The main floor of the barn boasts beautiful views of the natural farm landscape through large windows that provide gorgeous natural light. The historic touches of the barn are also present in the architecture, while modern finishes bring the old building into the present style.
In addition to the main floor, the basement includes a large bar area and lounge for cocktails, relaxation, and a comfortable space to connect.

Weddings

We have a kitchen to support your caterer of choice, DJ capabilities, a smooth floor for dancing, tables and a lovely landscape to provide a dreamy ambiance during your day.
The historical touches and modern design allow you to create a timeless setting for your wedding and reception, and the venue offers multiple locations for amazing wedding photos. There’s no better place to share your love.
Graduation Parties
Graduation is one of the first major milestones we get to celebrate in life. Why not go all-out with a graduation party at the event barn?
An onsite kitchen makes it easy for you to hire a food vendor or bring your own cooking. With tables available, the event venue allows you to relax and celebrate your graduate without worrying about the little details.
Here, you can enjoy cornhole on the premises and bring your own lawn games for extra entertainment. Hire a DJ and dance on the hard wood floor. Choose a vendor and have drinks in the basement bar area.
You decide how you want the graduation party to look. Our venue is ready for it.
Reunions
Gather together without worrying about who will host. 5C Farms Event Barn is an excellent choice for family or high school reunions.
The barn is prepared for you to bring your own food potluck style or bring in a caterer. Bring a dj for music or relax with the natural sounds of rural life. We provide cornhole, but you’re also able to bring your own lawn games and entertainment.
Tables for your reunion are available, parking is accessible, and set up and tear down is simple. So go ahead, plan a get together, and forget the hassle. We have you covered.
Event Venue FAQs
What is the curfew for the event barn? How late can we stay for teardown?
Our hours are 9am to 11pm… with one hour following for teardown.
What is the setup and teardown timeline?
The floor plan for your event is set when you arrive. At 11pm the music must shut down and then you will have an hour to remove all personal items from the venue.
Are chairs, tables, and linens provided?
Tables and chairs are provided for your event. We do not offer linens but have contact information for vendors who offer linens.
Are there catering rules or partners?
There is a warming kitchen on site that will be available for use during your event. We do not have a preferred vendor list.
Can my event have alcohol?
We do not have a liquor license. The vendor will need to provide the liquor license, and all the necessary permits. If alcohol will be present, you must have security. It is the respnsiblity of the customer to hire the security. We have recommendations of local law enforecment who would be for hire.
We are approximately 30 miles from Ft. Wayne and about 24 miles from Auburn. There are several hotels and Air BnBs in the area.
Does the barn have a sound system?
The customer will need to provide the sound system. Upon request we have contact information for local DJ services.
Where can guests park?
We have a large parking area for guests to park with handicap parking up close to the main entry.
Yes! The main floor of the barn is wheelchair accessible.
Is there a place on site where the bridal parties can get ready? Yes there is space on site for the bridal parties to get ready.
Are there any yard games on the premises? If not, can I bring my own?
We have corn hole sets available for use. People can supply their own as well. We have lawn space on the east side of the barn for this purpose.
