Maximum number of guests for an indoor event/an outdoor event?
We can accommodate up to 200 people on the main level for a sit down meal.
Are outside vendors allowed for food and alcohol?
We do not require the use of specific vendors. You may use any vendor of your choice for food or alcohol. We do not carry a liquor license, so a temporary alcohol permit will need to be obtained by the renting party. You must have a licensed bar tender serve and a security guard for any event that has alcohol.
Do you have a kitchen?
We have a warming kitchen with a commercial refrigerator and commercial convection oven.
May we have a rehearsal?
For Saturday weddings, you will have one hour on Friday evening for a rehearsal.
Will a staff member be present during the event?
Onsite staff will be on hand during your event.
Are there restrooms?
Indoor restrooms are located on the main level that are handicap accessible. Both men and women’s restrooms have a baby changing station as well.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, bank barns built in the late 1800s were not designed to accommodate different mobility needs, but we have done our best to make it as accessible as possible! There is handicap parking near the main entrance that leads into the handicap accessible main floor. There is also a sidewalk around the north side of the barn to gain access to the lower level of the barn. The bathrooms are handicap accessible and are located on the main level.
Does the Barn have heat or air?
The barn is insulated and has heat and air conditioning.
May we hold our Ceremony on the grounds?
We have several outdoor locations to choose from for your ceremony for no additional cost.
Does the barn have parking on the premises?
The barn has a gravel parking lot with lines located to the south of the barn.
